Raspberry gin fizz. Crémant de Bourgogne cocktail.

Raspberry gin fizz
For 1 cocktail

Ingredients

– 3 cl Gin of your choice

– 5 cl raspberry juice

– 4 cl Grande Cuvée Rosé Veuve Ambal.

– 3 verbena leaves

– 3 raspberries

– Ice cubes

Course

Fill a shaker with ice cubes.

Add gin and raspberry juice. Shake for 1 minute.

Half-fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass, holding back the ice cubes with a strainer.

Top up with Grande Cuvée Rosé Veuve Ambal. Add raspberries and verbena leaves.

Serve chilled.
