The consumer declares to have read the following provisions before placing an order in the VEUVE AMBAL online store. Confirmation of the online order implies acceptance of the terms set out below and is considered irrevocable and may only be challenged in the cases set out below.
PROTECTING MINORS
In accordance with article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, applicable to websites selling alcoholic beverages on the Internet, concerning the prohibition of the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18, the buyer certifies at the time of ordering that he/she is of legal age.
ALCOHOL ABUSE
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, and should be consumed in moderation.
PRICE
Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding VAT and order processing fees. Quantity discount
3% for orders over 150.00 euros
5% for orders over 300.00 euros
ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon registration of the order. If we are unable to fulfil your order definitively or within the usual timeframe, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail in order to inform you and decide with you what action to take: replace the product with another VEUVE AMBAL reference that we will offer you, wait for availability, or cancel and refund the order.
PAYMENT
This is done by secure credit card payment via the CM-CIC payment service. If you prefer another method of payment, please contact us on 03/80/25/90/81 or by e-mail at tourisme@veuveambal-rpd-3btr.ew1.rapydapps.cloud.
DELIVERY AND ORDER PROCESSING COSTS
Delivery only in metropolitan France. Our deliveries are handled by a carrier and usually take 10 days. We cannot be held responsible if delivery is impossible due to an address error. Please note that the carrier is not obliged to take the goods upstairs. Please contact us prior to delivery if this is a problem. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check the condition of the packages, as well as the references and quantities delivered. In the event of any anomaly, reservations must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to VEUVE AMBAL by telephone on 03/80/25/90/81 or by e-mail to tourisme@veuveambal-rpd-3btr.ew1.rapydapps.cloud. Order processing fee: 12 euros (incl. VAT) for orders of 250 euros or less.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a period of 14 working days from the day after the delivery date to return at your own expense any wines that do not suit you to the following address: VEUVE AMBAL Pré neuf 21200 Montagny les Beaune. Only goods in their original COMPLETE AND INTACT packaging will be taken back or exchanged. In the case of an exchange request, the return will be made AT YOUR COST, except of course in the case of a delivery error on our part. In the case of a refund request, this will be made by re-crediting your bank account or by cheque. All returns must be notified in advance to VEUVE AMBAL either by e-mail to tourisme@veuveambal-rpd-3btr.ew1.rapydapps.cloud or by telephone on 03 80 25 90 81.

LEGAL GUARANTEE
Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity defined in articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code, and by the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.
AMICABLE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND RECOURSE TO THE MEDIATOR

Consumer mediation is an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. If the conditions are met, a consumer mediation will take place according to a precise process and the texts in force.
